What to Expect During Your Community Renovation – Starpak

Overview

LSR Family is currently performing exterior renovations at your community. We understand this is a disruption to your home, and we aim to complete the work as safely and quickly as possible.

1. Project Schedule

Work Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Building Timeline: Most buildings take 2–3 days to complete once started. Please check the physical notices posted on your building entry or the community portal for your specific start date.

2. Preparing Your Space

To prevent damage from construction vibration or falling debris, please take the following steps 24 hours before work begins on your building:

Balconies/Patios: Remove all personal items, including furniture, plants, and decor. LSR is not responsible for items left in the work zone.
Interior Items: Secure fragile wall hangings or mirrors, as roof work can cause minor vibrations.

3. Vehicle Safety (Crucial)

Parking: Move all vehicles at least 20 feet away from the building perimeter during work hours.
Risk: This prevents damage from falling shingles, nails, or dust. Vehicles not moved may be subject to towing at the owner's expense if they block emergency access or staging areas.

4. Safety Warning

Keep Back: For your safety, please maintain a distance of at least 50 feet from active construction zones and equipment (lifts, trailers).
Children & Pets: Please keep pets indoors and supervise children at all times while crews are on-site.
